To deliver remote connectivity we must handle account information, device identifiers and necessary network details; session content is not used for other purposes.

FAQ

Is my screen saved?

Not by default. Retention happens only when you or an administrator enable recording, and is bound by retention and access controls.

How do I delete device data?

Remove the device in the account console to unbind it; for historical logs, contact the administrator or use the console option.
